birthday cakes for one ...
last week was my birthday ... the number of years begins to be important .. we are at 28!
What you see are 2 twins cakes that I made, one for family and friends. I say twin because the cakes are exactly the same: sponge cake filled with whipped cream, soaked with coffee and whipped cream and decorated with flowers made by me .. .. mmf

Numerology Personal Year Starts At Birthday
Cake Cold Chocolate Cake with apples and pine nuts
The cake I am presenting today is foolproof, that is all and I mean everyone would be able to make it easy ..! It is not necessary to cook ... For the base: 300 grams of biscuits

Chop cookies in a food processor and grind into polvere, amalgamarli con un po’ di latte e disporli uniformemente direttamente sul vassoio come base del dolce. Dividere in due un foglio di acetato per il senso della lunghezza e spillare le estremità. Posizionare bene questo cerchio attorno alla base di biscotti.
Preparare la farcia montando la panna, aggiungendo la nutella, il cioccolato fuso e la gelatina. Mettere la farcia all’interno del cerchio di acetato e far raffreddare in frigo per almeno 2 ore. Staccare delicatamente e con l’aiuto di un coltello il cerchio esterno e decorare con le cialdine, ciuffetti di panna montata o nocciole tritate e tutto quello che la fantasia suggerisce.
